Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may be charged a late fee or may need to have their appointment rescheduled, depending on the remaining appointment time.
💳 Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits can only be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given and this has been agreed in advance.

Please note that the rest of the balance due will be made in cash upon arrival and after the appointment.
💇♀️ Wig Installations

All wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours before your appointment for customisation.

If the wig is not dropped off in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If you require wig lines (cornrows) before your installation, this is an additional £10. Please add this service when booking.
